Should your order is in our stock, we will ship it within 1-2 business days. However, shipping your order may be delayed occasionally due to heavy traffic of our customers. Should this situation occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible. Should your order is out of stock, we will notify you the approximate time that it will be back in stock in 24-48 hours.

2) We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and we reserve the right to refuse international shipping as per our discretion. Should we cannot ship to your country, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3) You will be notified before shipment should additional shipping & handling charge is required. After your order is shipped, shipping & handling charge is neither returnable nor refundable.

4) The risk of loss and title for your order passes to you upon our delivery of your order to a shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping errors such as wrong shipping address, custom delays, and agreements reached between customers and shipping carriers. It is your responsibility to complain or claim with a shipping carrier should your order is damaged or lost. However, we will try our best to help you to solve any shipping problem until you completely receive your order.

5) Customers in Thailand will not pay for duty or import taxes. Only customers in other countries will have to pay duty or taxes (if any) at the time of delivery. These duty and taxes are ruled by each country, so we encourage you to carefully study duty & taxes, and import regulations of your country.
